Returns
Our policy lasts 90 calendar days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of your original invoice.
Items that have been altered, cut, worn or used will not be eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, it will be inspected, and management will determine if a refund is eligible. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed at the end of each calendar month.
Payment Methods, Gift Cards, and Final Sale
Final sale. We may designate specific orders or items as final sale at or before the time of purchase. Final sale orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where a remedy is required by applicable law (for example, for a defective or misdescribed product).
Orders paid by gift card or prepaid card. For any order paid in whole or in part with a gift card, prepaid card, or other stored-value instrument, returns, exchanges, and refunds are provided at our discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Where we approve a refund on such an order, we will issue it to the original gift or prepaid card whenever possible. If that card is no longer available, has expired, or has a closed or zero balance, we may issue an approved refund as store credit or by company check, or we may decline the refund, at our discretion. We may require proof of purchase and the information needed to return funds to the original card before processing a refund. Please do not send full card numbers by email; our team will tell you how to provide any details securely.
Method of refund. We issue approved refunds to the original method of payment. Where a refund to the original method of payment is not possible (for example, an expired or discarded prepaid card), we may issue the refund as store credit or by company check. We do not issue refunds to a card, account, or payment method other than the one used for the original purchase.
Split or multiple-card payments. Orders paid using more than one card or payment method may be designated final sale at the time of purchase and may be subject to additional verification before the order ships.
Right to refuse, cancel, or verify. Consistent with our Terms of Service, we may refuse, limit, cancel, or require additional verification for any order, including any order we reasonably determine to present a risk of fraud or chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
